The platform used for these tests is Intel® CORE™2 Duo @ 2.66GHz with 3.24GB or memory and an IDE disk drive. The operating system is Windows 7 Home Premium (32bit).
The PostgreSQL and MySQL servers used were as delivered by default on WAMPSERVER setup. No effort was made to tune these engines.
